We are family owned, operated and committed to offering only the finest floral arrangements and gifts, backed by service that is friendly and prompt. Our shop is open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.

We are closed on Sundays.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

A local delivery fee of $5.00 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside of Ely, this fee will vary.)

U.S. orders must be received before 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.

Do you find that sometimes in the hustle and bustle of your daily routine, you sometimes forget

the things that matter most? Tomorrow's dentist appointment will be taken care of because it is a

"scheduled" event that has been worked in to an already busy week - uninvited but necessary. Yet

the important events such as Anniversaries, Birthdays, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's

Day (and so on) slide by because they are not "prescheduled". These events will happen

whether you participate or not.

Let us know what the important occasions are that you want to remember or the ones that you

have forgotten in the past. If it's Mother's Day, your husband's first anniversary at his job,

your Mom's birthday or perhaps just an unexpected reminder to someone that you care and are

thinking of them, we can set up a floral delivery for you for the intended date. A week before

your "date to remember" we will send you an action reminder either by email or telephone

call. You let us know what to send and we will take care of the rest. If the delivery is out of

our area, we will contact another shop in our Teleflora Community. We have access to florists

across the United States and Internationally as well.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

If you open an account on our site or make a purchase, we need your contact information including your name, e-mail address and mailing address to complete your transaction.
